- from Tulsa World - BARGER -- Felicia Allessandra, unexpectedly departed on February 28, 2005. She was born on August 7, 1986, graduated from Nathan Hale High School in May 2004, and was currently attending Tulsa Community College, while working full-time for Westlake Ace Hardware. She lived life to the fullest and was well loved by all who knew her. She worked at Binding Stevens for many years and grew to love the plant environment and the many people she came in contact with each day. Last fall she was excited and proud to cast her first vote in the presidential election and quested for knowledge to make the right decision for her country. She is survived by her father, her mother and stepfather, a sister and brother, paternal grandparents, uncles, a great aunt and many other family members and friends who will miss her greatly. Service will be held Friday, March 4, 2005, 10 a.m., at the Mason Chapel, Asbury United Methodist Church.  Interment will be at Memorial Gardens, Nowata Road, Bartlesville, OK. In lieu of flowers a trust fund has been established to honor Felicia's memory at Peoples State Bank, 445 S. Lewis Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104. 3/28/05  A note from Fecilia's Mom:

Dearest Friend--I have a special favor to ask you...

Could you possibly get the word out to your vast list of friends, neighbors, et al to spend some time this weekend and throughout the next month browsing the greenhouse set up this year at the 61st and Lewis Westlake Ace Hardware?  This was to be Felicia's "baby" with a projection to sell "a million dollars!" in her words, of plants to Tulsans.  The Monday following her funeral all the plants came in, and it was with heavy hearts the Westlake Ace employees set it up, knowing that Felicia was the inspiration behind it, and would not be there to watch it grow.  In her memory, I would love it if we could all go out there and purchase plants, and  let the Westlake folks know we were keeping Felicia's vision alive in our own back yards and front yards.

Thank you so much for your help with this.

Fe's mom, Rhonda
