Smalley, 19, of Tulsa died December 2, 2002, from injuries sustained
in an automobile accident. He was born July 17, 1983, in Elmhurst,
Illinois, the son of Andrew and Lisa Foster-Smalley. Both parents
preceded him in death. He was formerly a student at Central Junior High in Cape Girardeau. He was a 2002 graduate of Nathan Hale High School and was a member of the Church on the Move in Tulsa. Survivors include three brothers and a sister. A memorial service was held December 6th at the Church on the Move. |
