Allison Collins-Ballone passed peacefully from this life to the next on December 13, 2007. She was born on December 28, 1958 in Los Alamos, NM. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School and attended Tulsa Community College.

Allison served in the United States Army as a photographer. After completing service to her country she went into sales with the Scott Rice Company. When cell phones first came out in the late 1980's she worked for Southwestern Bell and AT&T. Her final position was selling real estate advertising for the Tulsa World.

She is survived by: her husband, Toran, of 14 years; her son, her mother, Mariellen Collins; her 2 brothers, David and Steven, 2 step-sisters, and 1 step-brother. She is preceded in this life by: her father, Jess Collins and her step-sister. Allison also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and great friends.

 

John Floyd Rule, 49, optometrist, died Thursday. Services pending. Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial.    -Tulsa World, 3/23/07

 


Thomas (Tommy) Wilson HUGHES

Thomas (Tommy) Wilson HUGHES, 46, born January 1, 1958 in Tulsa, OK. Died February 23, 2004 in Claremore where he resided. Son of Gerald and Norma Hughes, married to JoEtta Ives February 21, 1987. He was employed by Berendsen Fluid Power Inc. for 24 years. He graduated from Nathan Hale High School (Class of 1976) and then Eastern State College where he attended on a Baseball Scholarship. His interests included NASCAR, baseball and participating in numerous sports. He was a long time member of East Side Christian Church and more recently a member of the First Christian Church of Claremore. He is survived by his parents, his wife and 3 children, 3 sisters, 1 nephew, 2 nieces,  and numerous family and friends.
