Nancy Carol Noland-Brenkman passed away Saturday, July 29,
2006, at St. Francis Hospital. She had been battling cancer for 6
months. Born Nancy Carol Noland, in Los Angeles, CA, to long time
Oklahoma residents, Hallie Vernon Noland and Evelyn Sykes Noland on
August 30, 1944. Nancy and her family moved back to Tulsa as a child
and she was a graduate of Nathan Hale High School. |

She married husband, Kenneth Brenkman, also from Tulsa, on October
16, 1964. Ken and Nancy had 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
Nancy was a loving wife, Mom and Mema and although she loved to
shop, travel and spend time at their cabin at Lake Eufaula, her
favorite activity was time with family and she especially loved her
grandkids. She always put family first and was always there for
them, whether it was sports, pom poms, choir or babysitting.
Professionally, she was a Division Order Analyst and member of the
SADOA. Nancy is survived by her husband, two daughters and 5
grandchildren.

Marilyn
June Tulsa was born January 18, 1944, in Tulsa. She died April
23, 1995 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services were held at
Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church, in Sapulpa, where she was a
member.
She was a
graduate of Nathan Hale High School and Haskell Institute in Lawrence, KS.
She also attended Northern Community College. She retired from the
Indian Health Service Division of Program Statistics after 30 years, where
she won an award for meritorious service. She was a member of the
American Indian Society of Washington, D.C.
She was
preceded in death by her son. She was survived by her parents, a
daughter, a grandson, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. |
